- First dry roast semolina in a pan.take it out.
- Add ghee to the pan.
- Add semolina to it,roast it till golden brown..
- Now add 2 bowls of water and 2 bowls of milk to it..
- Cook it for atleast 5 mins.
- Add mango pulp to it.now add sugar cardmom powder and dry fruits to it..
- Give nice steam atleast 5 mins..
- Add some honey if you like i added as i am using it as prasadam..
- Serve hot..
