- It's to taste of Some spices (2 cardamom, 3 cinnamon, 3 cloves, 2 bay leaves, 2 red chilli whole).

- Soak the white peas atlist 10-12 hours. Boiled the soak peas and set aside..
- Heat oil/ghee in deep pan add cumin seeds,red chilli whole and all the spices and satue till the fragrent..
- Add potato cubes and fry it till golden brown..
- Add onion,garlic and ginjer and satue. Add salt and all the masala and satue..
- Add tomato and green chilli and satue and cover and cook 5-7 min..
- Add boiled white peas and mix it. Cover and cook 7-8 min and add water and stir..
