- It's 1 cup of split chickpea.
- It's 7-8 of Whole Blck pppr-.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds.
- Prepare to taste of Salt.
- You need 1 tbsp of Gngr Grlic paste -.
- You need 1/2 tsp of Trmric powder -.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of Rd chilli powder -.
- You need of Refind oil 4 frying.
- It's of For Ghugni.
- It's 1 bowl of Blck chickpea.
- It's 2 of med sized onion cut into thin slices.
- You need 1 tbsp of Gngr Grlic paste.
- You need 1/2 tsp of Trmric powder.
- It's 1/2 of Corindr powder.
- It's 1/2 of Rd chilli powder.
- Prepare to taste of Salt.
- You need 3 tbsp of Mustard oil.

Dhuska with ghugni instructions
- For Dhuska...frst of all soak rice and split chickpea separately 4 8hrs either overnight.
- Now drain excess water and make a paste of both rice and pulse.
- Now mix both the batter and mix well..
- Now add all dry spices,Salt,blck pppr,cumin seeds and mix well.
- If the batter is thick add sm water and check the cnsistensy I mean msg like dosa batter..
- Now heat rfind oil in a fry pan...and tak a laddle full of batter and pour into oil....
- Now fry the dhuska for both sides till gldn brown...and keep them on a kitchen towel and serve hot with ghugni....
- For Ghugni...remove water frm blck chickpea n keep aside...tk a pressure cooker n heat musturd oil...den add sliced onion n saute...when the onion became transulent add all dry spices wid Gngr grlic paste n salt.... when masala separates oil add Blck chic pea...n saute for 5 to 10 min...now add sm water n close d lid....n wait for 5-6 whisthles..after that off d gas n wait for opening the lid..after opening, check the gravy..make sure that the gravy is thick.Now grnish wid corindr leaves n serve.
