  1. Firstly roast the 2 tsp besan either in pan or on tawa...and soak the skewers in water for 1 hour...and boil the mushrooms.
  2. Now cut the onion and capsicum in shell shape....and take 1 bowl and add roasted besan,2 tsp maida,,1/2 cup curd,spices,one pinch food colour,1/2 chat masala....1 tsp cornflour,1tsp lemon juice,1 tsp ginger garlic paste....and mix it properly.. And mke a thick batter by adding water..and cut the paneer in cubes.
  3. Now add the onions,capsicum,paneer in batter...mix them and put it aside for half hour for marination...after half hour put the ingredients either in skewer or in toothpick.
  4. Cut the onions for salad....apply melted butter on skewers and grill it either in griller..or in oven on grill mode.....u can also cook it on tawa with the help of baingan roasting stand.....after that serve it with mint sauce and onions......too yummy and delicious way to give paneer to childrens.
