  3. Keep it covered for 10 mins..
  4. Then apply oil to hand and mix well the dough..
  5. Then take small portion of dough and make it smooth on the platform or chapatti making plate like a stick and fold it in oval shape..
  6. Heat oil in kadhai and drop them into it. Fry till they become golden in colour..
