- Take a kadhai,,add ghee and butter..add jeera now add finely chopped onions,and finely chopped capsicum...saute for 2 min..dont get overcooked..and add tomatoe puree..cook until oil releases..now add salt,pepper,garam masala,amchoor,food colour,and pav bhaji masala..and cook for 1 min...
