- You need 4 tbsp of Coriander seeds/dhaniya.
- You need 2 tsp of Cumin seeds/jeera.
- You need 1 tsp of Fennel seeds/saunf.
- Prepare 2 of Bay leaf/tej patta.
- You need 10 of Cloves/long.
- It's 2 of Cardamom/elichi.
- It's 1 tbsp of Black pepper/kali mirch.
- You need 2 sticks of Cinnamon/dalchinni.
- Prepare 4 tbsp of Red chilli powder/lalmirch.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of Dry mango powder/aamchur.
- It's 1 tsp of Salt/namak.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Turmeric powder/ haldi.
Homemade pav bhaji masala step by step
- Take a pan, add coriander seeds, cumin seeds and fennel seeds and dry roast over low flame till they turn aromatic and keep aside..
- Now dry roast 2 bay leaves, 10 cloves, 2 cardamoms, 2 cinnamon stick, 1 tbsp pepper on low flame till they turn aromatic and keep aside..
- Let it cool completely..
- Now transfer all roasted spices to the blender and add 4 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tbsp dry mango powder, saltĀ 1 tsp and turmeric 1 tsp and blend to fine powder..
- Pav bhaji masala is ready..
