  5. You need 10 of Cloves/long.

  1. Take a pan, add coriander seeds, cumin seeds and fennel seeds and dry roast over low flame till they turn aromatic and keep aside..
  2. Now dry roast 2 bay leaves, 10 cloves, 2 cardamoms, 2 cinnamon stick, 1 tbsp pepper on low flame till they turn aromatic and keep aside..
  3. Let it cool completely..
  4. Now transfer all roasted spices to the blender and add 4 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tbsp dry mango powder, saltĀ 1 tsp and turmeric 1 tsp and blend to fine powder..
