Ingredients of Mango Ice cream

  1. Prepare 200 gms of fresh cream.
  2. Prepare 1/4th cup of powdered sugar.
  3. Prepare 1/4th cup of condensed milk.
  4. Prepare 1/2 cup of mango puree.

Mango Ice cream instructions

  1. Refrigerate Fresh cream for at least 2 hours.
  2. Beat fresh cream for 2-3 mins..
  3. Add powdered sugar to it & again beat it until stiff peak.
  4. Once it reaches to stiff peak.
  5. Add condensed milk & mango puree to it & mix it.
  6. Pour into a airtight container & cover with cling wrap & Refrigerate it atleast for 6 hours or overnight.
  7. Makes approximately 1/2 kg Mango Ice cream.
  8. After 6 hours serves ice-cream, chilled,Soft Creamy and Yummy.
