- Prepare 200 gms of fresh cream.
- Prepare 1/4th cup of powdered sugar.
- Prepare 1/4th cup of condensed milk.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of mango puree.
Mango Ice cream instructions
- Refrigerate Fresh cream for at least 2 hours.
- Beat fresh cream for 2-3 mins..
- Add powdered sugar to it & again beat it until stiff peak.
- Once it reaches to stiff peak.
- Add condensed milk & mango puree to it & mix it.
- Pour into a airtight container & cover with cling wrap & Refrigerate it atleast for 6 hours or overnight.
- Makes approximately 1/2 kg Mango Ice cream.
- After 6 hours serves ice-cream, chilled,Soft Creamy and Yummy.
