- Mix all ingredients except mayo and eno into a bowl.... Add required water and make batter like idly batter..
- Heat appa pan and add one one drop of oil into every mould... Add little rai into every mould..
- Add eno into batter of mix gently....
- Add half teaspoon batter into a mould and put some mayonnaise on batter and again put half teaspoon batter on mayonnaise..
- Repeat this process for every mould..
- Cover with lid And cook for some time (4-5 minutes) on low flame..
- After some time change their sides and cook from both sides..
