- You need 1/2 kg of Noodles.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Salt.
- It's 1/2 tsp of White Pepper powder.
- You need 1/2 tsp of Blackpepper powder.
- Prepare 2 of Green chillies (chopped).
- You need 4 of Garlic cloves (chopped).
- Prepare 1/2 of Ginger (chopped finely).
- Prepare 1 of Green Capsicum (thin jullienes).

- You need 1/2 of Yellow Capsicum (thin jullienes).
- Prepare 5 of Spring Onion (chop separarely green and whites).

- Prepare 1 of Carrot (thin julllienes).
- Prepare 1/2 cup of Sweetcorns.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of Soya sauce.

- It's 1 tsp of Green chilli sauce (ready ones).
- You need 1 tsp of Red chilli sauce (ready ones).
- You need 1 tbsp of Vinegar (white).
The chow mein is spicy, full of veggies and very delicious. I use Ching Vegetarian Hakka noodles and I think they are just perfect for this recipe. You can find them easily at all Indian grocery stores. Well put these together with healthy vegetables accompanied by the crunch of chicken nuggets and You can also include vegetables other than those mentioned.
Whosayna’s Spicy Haaka Noodles instructions
- Keep noodles on boil with water and salt.
- In a wok but three tablespoon of oil and keep on flame.
- Then add garlic, ginger, green chillies and onions stir fry.
- Add veggies starting with carrots, stirfry then add the rest except green spring onions, do not cook just toss.
- Add sauces, chilli powder and sprinkle salt and both peppers.
- Strain noodles and add to the mixture toss it well.
- Add greens of spring onions, toss and pour in a bowl or casserole, serve as you make them.
- NB: can keep sauce ready and boil noodles too, then when serving can just wash once the noodles on running tap and strain them use.
