  5. Prepare 1 tsp of coarsely ground fennel seeds (Saunf).
  6. Prepare 1/2 Kg of Maida/All-purpose Flour/Plain Flour.
  7. You need 125 gm of Clarified ghee.
  8. It's to taste of Salt.
  9. It's of Oil for Frying.
  10. You need of Room temperature water for kneading the dough.

  13. Add about two teaspoons of stuffing in it..
  14. Roll the edges on top of the stuffing and seal it tightly..
  15. Do not add too much of stuffing or else it will pop out while frying..
