- You need of For dal.
- It's of Dal:.
- Prepare 2 cup of urad dal.
- You need 2 tbsp of garlic Chutney.
- It's 1 tbsp of chopped coriander.
- You need 1 tsp of turmeric powder.
- It's of Salt as per taste.
- It's of For multigrain Bhakri.
- It's 2 cup of multigrain flour.
- You need 2 tbsp of oil.
- Prepare as needed of Ghee.
- It's of Salt as per taste.
- It's of Water as required.

- It's 1 bowl of peel garlic.
- You need 1 cup of red chilli powder.
- Prepare of Salt as per taste.
- You need Half of cup oil.
Jowar ki Bhakri or roti and jowar bajre ki roti are very popular and nutritious Indian flat breads. In Andhra Pradesh, the urad dal flour is used for preparing a very delicious Indian sweet namely Sunnundallu. Gujarati Urad Dal healthy, full of nutritious, rich in protein. Gujarati Urad Dal goes well with Gujarati Bhakri and rice.

- Take a dal in a pressure cooker wash and soak for half an hour. After half an hour boil it upto 1 whistle. Once pressure cools down open it add garlic Chutney dry red chilli powder salt and turmeric and mix it. Dal will be thick and full do not try to break or blend. Boil till all masaala get cooked garnish with coriander leaves.
- For Garlic Chutney- take small mixer jar add garlic into it add Red chilli powder or (you can also add dry red chilli it's optional) add oil and salt and grind it. Do not blend fully garlic should be little crushed. Garlic Chutney is ready to serve. In this Chutney we donot add water or tamarind paste. Chutney should be thick.

- For Bhakri take a vessel add Bhakri flour given in the list add oil salt and water.knead thickly. This dough will be knead thick. Mix it take a big ball like dough and roll like a puri now turn it and again make a ball of dough now again roll like roti. This roti should roll in particularly in sides. Keep Bhakri tawa to get heat and roast lightly on one side turn on other side and roast till golden brown in low flame till it get crisp in low flame now again flip on the first side and.
