- You need of whole wheat flour.
- You need of tightly pack methi leaves.
- You need of green chillies chopped.
- You need of garlic chopped.
- It's of oil.
- It's of water for kneading.
- Prepare of Salt.
- You need of Oil or ghee for roasting.

- Kneading dough for Parathas.... Rinse the methi leaves well drain them completely...
- Chopped the methi leaves finely and keep aside..
- In a bowl or parat mix whole wheat flour and salt. Add the chopped methi leaves, garlic, green chillies oil and mix..
- Pour some water and Knead to smooth dough..
- Make medium sized ball's of the dough..
- Dust the dough ball with the flour and then rolling the methi paratha..
- Place the methi paratha on a hot tawa or griddle..
- When one side is bit cooked than flip the paratha..
- Spread oil or ghee on this side..
- Split again and you can c some brown spot on the paratha and apply some more ghee on this side too..
- Flip again a couple of time till the methi paratha is evenly cooked from both sides..
- Served methi paratha hot with curd or pickle or butter..
