  1. In a pan add 2 Cups of water and all ingredientes of gravy masala mentioned above.cover the pan with lid and cook for 5 -7 mins.On medium heat,let it cool, strain extra water (can be used later for gravy)and blend it to make puree..
  2. Heat a pan with butter/oil, add finely chopped onion and stir for few mins. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, kashmiri red chilli powder and stir for few secs.Add blended puree and saute well for a min.Add required water and cook for few mins..
  3. Add cream stir well,add garam masala, kasuri methi mix well..
  4. Cut boiled egg into 2 halves.Place in serving plate,pour prepare gravy and garnish with fresh coriander and with cream..
