- First of all make a powder of kasoori methi and cloves and then mix pav bhaji masala and keep it aside..
- Heat a Kadai with half of the oil and then fry all the chopped capsicum, carrots, cauliflower and green peas..
- Fry it for sometimes and then add chopped tomatoes and salt and allow it to cook for sometimes..
- Add 25gm of the butter in it..
- Then add the prepared pav bhaji masala and kasoori methi powder in it..
- Mash it well and then add mashed potatoes in it..
- Add chilli powder in it and again mash and cook it for sometime. Keep them aside..
- Heat Kadai with butter and then add chopped onion in it and saute it well..
- Then add ginger garlic paste in it..
- When the garlic smell has gone then add chilli powder and remaining half of the masala powder in it..
- Add a little water in it and add the mashed vegetables in it and cook it for sometimes and if you need add more water. Cook it till your desired consistency..
- Then add chopped coriander leaves and 1/2 tsp butter in it and switch off the flame. Now your bhaji is ready..
- Heat a tawa with butter, pav bhaji masala, chilli powder and chopped coriander leaves and roast the pav in it..
- Now your Pav bhaji is ready. Serve hot..
