- Make a fine batter of Moong Dal, Raw rice, Boiled rice, urad dal.(One cup each) and leave it for 10-15 mins for fermentation. (Don't keep it for fermentation more than 15-20 mins).
- Take a pan heat it and add medium flame make pan cake apply oil on both sidee and cook it till yellow brown.Make small pancakes..
- Boil milk till it will be half of it's amount and add jaggery and Cardamom to it..
- Serve pancake with Jaggery milk..
