- In a large pan heat 1 tbsp butter..

- Heat butter and add chilli powder, turmeric powder, pav bhaji masala and kasuri methi..
- Then add 1 tbsp coriander leaves, ginger garlic paste, chopped onion and lemon juice..
- Saute well..
- Now add 3 drops of red food colour and mix well..
- Heat butter in pan..
- Cut pav from middle..
- Toast pav from both sides..
- Transfer bhaji in serving bowl..
- Garnish with fried peas, chopped coriander leaves and dollop of butter..
- Finally, serve pav and bhaji as pav bhaji with onion slices and lemon..
