- It's 6 of Pav.
- You need 3 of Potato.
- Prepare 3 of Tomato.
- Prepare 1-2 of Capsicum.
- Prepare 1 teaspoon of Red chilli powder.
- Prepare 1 tablespoon of Pav bhaji masala.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of Coriander leaves.
- You need 100 gm of Butter.
- It's 2 teaspoon of Lemon juice.
- Prepare 2 of Onion.
- You need 1 teaspoon of Kasuri methi.
- You need 1 teaspoon of Ginger garlic paste.
- You need 1 teaspoon of Chat masala.
- It's 3 of Green chilli.
- You need To taste of Salt.
Masala pav bhaji step by step
- Boiled potato and mashed it.
- Chopped tomatoes, green chilli and onions separately.
- Heat half butter in a pan add onion and saute till translucent.
- Add ginger garlic paste saute for a minute.
- Add tomatoes mix well & cooked until tomatoes become soft and butter separates from sides.
- Now add green chilli, capsicum and all the spices mentioned above along with lemon juice..
- Cover and cooked for 10 minutes.
- Open a lid and mashed the gravy in smooth texture..
- Add coriander leaves mix it well.
- Topped with butter and chopped onion (optional).

- Cut the pav from between.
- Heat little butter in a pan add pinch of pav bhaji masala and toast the pav from both the sides.
