  2. You need 3 of Potato.
  3. Prepare 3 of Tomato.
  4. Prepare 1-2 of Capsicum.
  5. Prepare 1 teaspoon of Red chilli powder.
  6. Prepare 1 tablespoon of Pav bhaji masala.
  7. Prepare 1/2 cup of Coriander leaves.
  8. You need 100 gm of Butter.
  9. It's 2 teaspoon of Lemon juice.
  10. Prepare 2 of Onion.
  11. You need 1 teaspoon of Kasuri methi.
  12. You need 1 teaspoon of Ginger garlic paste.
  13. You need 1 teaspoon of Chat masala.

Masala pav bhaji step by step

  1. Boiled potato and mashed it.
  2. Chopped tomatoes, green chilli and onions separately.
  3. Heat half butter in a pan add onion and saute till translucent.
  4. Add ginger garlic paste saute for a minute.
  5. Add tomatoes mix well & cooked until tomatoes become soft and butter separates from sides.
  6. Now add green chilli, capsicum and all the spices mentioned above along with lemon juice..
  7. Cover and cooked for 10 minutes.
  8. Open a lid and mashed the gravy in smooth texture..
  9. Add coriander leaves mix it well.
  10. Topped with butter and chopped onion (optional).
  11. For masala pav.
  12. Cut the pav from between.
  13. Heat little butter in a pan add pinch of pav bhaji masala and toast the pav from both the sides.
  14. Serve hot.
