  5. First heat the tawa at high flame and then put kulcha on it in low flame and then cover it.
  6. Now add few drops of water on the tawa but make sure that it does not reaches to the kulcha.
  7. We will cook that until it becomes golden brown from both sides.
  8. Your kulcha is ready. Just add some ghee or butter in a pan when you want to serve.
