  1. It's 2 pieces of Katla fish.
  2. You need 1 of Onion big sized.
  3. It's 1 of Tomato big sized.
  4. You need 5 of Garlic crushed.
  5. You need 1 tablespoon of Ginger crushed.
  6. You need 1/2 teaspoon of Turmeric powder.
  7. Prepare 2 teaspoon of Red chilli powder.
  8. Prepare 1/2 teaspoon of Garam masala powder.
  9. Prepare 2 teaspoons of Jeera,coriander,black pepper roast and mix grind.
  10. You need 2 tablespoons of Coriander leaves.
  11. Prepare 1/2 of Lime seedless, juice and skin.
  12. It's as needed of Mustard oil.
  13. It's 1/2 tsp of Jeera.
  14. You need 1 of Bay leaf.
  15. You need to taste of Salt.

Katla fish curry instructions

  1. First take fish pieces add salt and termaric powder add lime juice mix well keep aside.
  2. Now add mustard oil in the pan.
  3. When oil totally burned add fish pieces fry one side along with another side keep it aside.
  4. Now take a iron bowl add sliced onion add tomato pieces,add garlic and ginger pieces add lime.
  5. Add coriander leaves which is cut in small pieces add salt now crushed throughly with the help of iron stick.
  6. Now add jeera in to the pan when crackles add mixed onion - tomato masala mix well.
  7. Add termaric powder add red chilli powder mix well, keep stir.
  8. Add mixed grind jeera,coriander masala add garam masala powder mix well when oil evaporates add one and half cup water boil when done add to the bowl.
  9. Protein rich healthy katla fish curry is ready.
