Dal khaman step by step

  1. First we soak both dal separately in vessel for 4to5 hours, then drain and grind both,mix well add sour curd and mix well leave it in a clean place for about 12 hours.

  3. Now heat steamer,meanwhile grease a plate with oil and pour batter,steam 20 minutes,.
  4. Now tempering,with jeera,and garnish with chopped coriander leaves, serve with tomato sauce or chutney.
