Cheese pav bhaji step by step
- Firstly boil potatoes, peel of skin and keep aside.
- Next add some water to wok add little salt and boil carrot, green peas and cauliflower.
- Heat 2 tbsp oil and 2 tbsp butter in a large kadai add chopped onion and fry till onion becomes translucent.
- Next add ginger garlic paste saute for a minute, now add chopped capsicum and fry for 2 mins,add chopped tomatoes, sugar and fry till oil tomatoes turn mushy.
- Now add red chilli paste,salt and fry for a min.
- Next add pav bhaji masala, kitchen king masala, kasoori methi, turmeric, red chilli powder,amchur powder and saute for 2mins,add some chopped coriander leaves to it.
- Now add boiled and mashed mixed veggies,followed by boiled and mashed potatoes.
- With the help of potato masher mash everything well, add water as required, cover and cook till it gets a nice boil, once done switch off the flame.
- Heat 2 tbsp butter and oil in pan to that add some pav bhaji masala powder and some chopped coriander leaves,add pav to this and fry from both the sides.
