- Mix besan suji,lemon juice,salt & turmeric in a bowl add water mix well and prepare dropping consistency batter.
- Grease shape mould and place in big kadhai for steaming filled with water.Mix baking powder & baking soda in batter mix well and pour in mould cover and steam for 20- minutes.
- Remove & unmould khaman in a plate. For tempering heat a small kadhai add oil,mustard curry leaves,chopped chilli,hing water & sugar stir & cook till sugar melts pour on sliced khaman with spoon.Garnish with chopped coriander & desiccated coconut..
