- Soak chickpea (kabuli chana) overnight and boil them.boil masoor daal..
- Heat oil 2 tbsp add onion and cook untill light golden then add Ginger garlic paste and saute 1 to 2 mins.then add tomato pieces cover and cook for 5 mins..
- Then add Turmeric powder + salt + chilli flakes mix well add imli pulp and mix and cover cook for 5 mins.now add soaked and boil masoor daal and boiled chana and add chicken stock mix cover and cook for 20 mins.add coriander leaves and green chilli..
- Now take samosa break into pieces and put in a deep bottomed plate put cooked chana on top of it.then put dahi + mint chutney + imli chutney + chopped onion + chopped tomato..
- And serve the delicious samosa Chana chaat.personally I don't like dahi and tomato so I haven't add dahi chopped onion and tomato to my chaat..
