Ingredients of Indian Egg Curry

  1. You need 4 of Boiled Eggs (whole).
  2. You need 1 Cup of Sliced Onions.
  3. It's 1/2 Cup of Tomato Puree.
  4. You need 1 Spoon of Ginger Garlic Paste (fresh).
  5. It's 1 Spoon of Turmeric Powder.
  6. You need 1 Spoon of Red Chilli Powder.
  7. You need 1 Spoon of Coriander Powder.
  8. You need 1 Spoon of Garam Masala.
  9. Prepare 2 Spoon of Chicken Masala.
  10. It's 1 Spoon of Cumin Seeds (whole).
  11. It's 2-3 of Bay Leaves.
  12. You need Leaves of Fresh Coriander.
  13. Prepare 1 Cup of Mustard Oil.
  14. It's as needed of Common Salt.

Indian Egg Curry instructions

  1. Take a pan on the flame and add some oil to shallow fry the boiled eggs... Once these turn brown, take them out and keep it aside in some bowl or plate....
  2. In a different pan add 5-6 spoons of oil and keep it on flame (do not use the same oil)... Add cumin seeds and bay leaves in hot oil and stir until cumin seeds start crackling....
  3. Add onions and stir it until it turns brownish... Then add tomato puree and ginger garlic paste... Stir it for 2-3 mins... Then add all the spices one by one....
  4. Keep on stirring this till it's cooked well... The spices will start leaving the oil and the aroma will spread all around... (if needed, use a splash of water to save it from sticking to the pan bottom).
  5. Now add the eggs and stir it for a while to allow it mixed well in the spicy mixture... Now add one and half cup of water and salt to taste....
  6. Keep it on med flame for 6-8 mins and a spicy, delicious Egg Curry is ready....
  7. Take it in a serving bowl... Sprinkle some fresh coriander leaves... Serve it hot with a SMILE... 🙂🙂.
