- Heat the butter in a pan add onion, red chilli, tomatoes, cashew nuts, salt and cooked in completely. Now allow to cool completely and then grind it into a fine paste..
- Heat a pan with some butter add red chilli powder and prepared paste saute for a minute. Now add garam masala powder, salt and kasoori methi. Mix well. Let it simmer for about 20 minutes on low flame..
