  13. Roll each portion to 1cm thick kulcha,wet one side and sprinkle some coriander leaves..
  14. Put on a heated tawa,cover and cook for 2minutes on low flame..
  15. Cook another side of kulcha in same manner..
  16. Kulcha is ready,you may apply some ghee on kulcha (optional)..
