Ingredients of Paneer Tikka masala
- It's 200 gm of paneer.
- It's 1 cup of diced onion.
- You need 1 cup of diced capsicum.
- It's 1 cup of milk.
- Prepare 1 bowl of tomato puree.
- You need 2 spoon of ginger garlic paste.
- Prepare 2 spoon of onion paste.
- It's 1 spoon of paste of(cumin,Coriander, red chilli).
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of kitchen king masala.
- Prepare 1/2 t of kashmiri red chilli powder.
- You need 1 tsp of garam masala.
- It's 1 tsp of lemon juice.
- It's 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.
- You need 10 of black pepper crushed.
- Prepare 1 of bay leaf.
- You need 4 spoon of oil.
- It's to taste of Salt.
- You need 1 tsp of Kasturi methi.
- You need 1 tsp of chopped coriander leaves.
- It's 2 spoon of kaju/cashew paste.
- You need 1 tsp of fresh cream.
- It's 9-10 of raisins.
Paneer Tikka masala instructions
- Cut paneer into squares shape cut it slight big.
- Marinate it with lemon juice, some salt and crushed black pepper and some turmeric powder. For 10 mns.
- Heat a tawa and kadhai at same time add oil to both each 2 teaspoon.
- Fry the marinated paneer in tawa.
- Add chopped onions and CAPCICUM and fry for 3 mns keep aside add little oil and add all paste... And fry, now add all dry masala and fry add tomatoes puree and salt.. While adding salt keep in mind that we used salt in marination also..
- At the mean time check the paneer fry it from both side well.
- Fry the masala until leave oil now add kaju paste and fry add 1 spoon fresh cream... Fry for 2 mins.
- Add fried capsicum, onion and paneer fry 2mns add milk and half cup water keep it in medium flame. For five mins till the consistency reduces to half...switch off the flame.
- Now add kasturi methi and chopped Coriander leaves and raisn. Cover it for 2mns..
- Serve hot with chapati or Rice. Here I serve with rice... My all time favourite..
