- You need 1/2 cup of moong dal.
- It's 1 cup of Urad dal.
- You need 1 of green chilli.
- Prepare little of ginger.
- Prepare to taste of Salt.
- Prepare 2-3 cup of curd.
- You need 8 tsp of powdered sugar.
- Prepare 4 tsp of INO.
- It's 3-4 tbsp of oil.
- You need 3-4 tsp of black salt.
- Prepare 3-4 tsp of red chilli powder.
- It's as required of tamarind chutney.
- Prepare few of pomegranate seeds.
- Prepare some of coriander leaves.

Steamed Dahi Vada instructions
- Wash and soak moong dal and urad dal seperately for 4-5 hours..
- Now remove excess water, wash once again both dal. In a mixi jar take both dal, ginger, green chilli and make fine paste..
- Now remove this batter in big bowl, add salt and bit the mixture in one direction for 5 minutes so that it becomes fluffy..
- Now take some portion out and add ENO in it. Mix well..
- Grease the Idli stand with oil,add batter in it and steam for 14 minutes (7 minutes on high flame, 7 minutes on low flame)..
- Now let it cool down for 2 minutes, remove idlis and soak in a luck warm water for 5 minutes. Now squeeze out extra water from idlis..
- In curd add powered sugar, black salt and mix well..
- Take idlis in a serving plate. Over that add curd, tamarind chutney, sprinkle some red chilli powder, coriander leaves and pomegranate seeds..
- Steamed Dahi Vada is ready to serve..
