Aaloo Paratha(spicy) step by step

  1. Take 2 cup flour add salt and make smooth dough.
  2. Make aaloo masala for filling :-.
  3. Take 4 boiled potato add coriander powder, amchur,red chilli,salt,garam masala,kasturi methi,chopped green chilli and coriander leaves.
  4. All items proper mixed in potato and make filling masala.
  5. Take one ball of dough and roll them out 3 to 4 inch add a spoonful of potato filling in the center..
  6. Gradually press the rolling pin on all side while making the paratha.
  7. Heat a girdle and roast the paratha,cooking them on both sides with a spoonful of butter(ghee) on medium low flame.
  8. Serve paratha with Curd,sweet chutney,green chutney and salad..
