  1. Soak the apricots in water,cover and keep them overnight..
  2. Next day in the morning,drain out the water and keep it aside..
  3. Split the apricot in half,then remove its seed(kernel). Cut the apricot in smaller pieces..
  4. With a nutcracker,cut open the kernel and remove the nut out of it..
  5. In a non-stick pan,add water and let it boil..
  6. Add sugar and stir till it dissolves..
  7. Now add apricots,cover the pan and let it cook for 10 minutes..
  8. Switch off the flame,grind to a coarse paste after it cools down..
  9. Garnish with fresh cream and nuts and its ready to be devoured!.
