- Prepare 500 gms of baby potato.

- You need 2 of tomatoes.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of Ginger garlic paste.

Spicy masala baby potato step by step
- Scrub and wash the small potatoes cut the potatoes into cubes and keep aside.
- Heat the oil in a pan add jeera when the seeds crackle.add onion paste and saute on a medium flame add ginger garlic paste and continue sauteing on medium flame.
- Once the onion paste becomes nice and brown add tomato puree and cook for 4-5 minutes then add all spices and give a mix add water and once gravy comes to boil.throw in the cut baby potatoes.
- Keep the flame in medium and let the potatoes simmer the gravy for 7 to 8 minutes.
- Then add garam masala,amchoor powder and coriander leaves.
