- You need 1 cup of sabudana.
- It's 1 of grated apple.
- Prepare 1 liter of milk.
- You need 1/4 cup of chopped dry fruits like cashew nuts,pistachios,raisins.

- You need 1/2 tsp of sugar for caramelization.
- Prepare 1/4 tsp of salt.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of cardamom powder.

Apple sabudana kheer instructions
- Soak the sabudana approximately 4-5 hour..
- Heat a pan then add ghee in it and add sugar for caramelization..
- Then add water and salt and soaked sabudana and allow it to boil till it becomes soft and then add the milk in it..
- In the meantime put the grated apple in another pan and saute it for sometime till it becomes dry..
- Then add the apple to the sabudana along with the chopped dry fruits and sugar also..
- When it becomes slight thick then add the cardamom powder and mix it well and then switch off the flame..
- Serve it in chilled condition by garnishing some dry fruits..
