  1. Firstly take a pan add milk n let it boil...on medium flame..meanwhile stir it for 2- 3 times.
  2. Now take all spices n masale n one bowl.
  3. In a bowl,add lemon juice n add 2 tsp water n mix well.
  4. Now if milk boils just off d gas n spoon ki help se sari malai to hata k mox kr lijiye..n add all d spices. N after 1 min add 1 spoon of lemon n water.mixture n mix well...look if paneer n qater separates or not...if not then add 1 tsp lemon n water mixture more...n paneer gets separated....
  5. Now strain paneer in a muslin cloth n wash 3 to 4 times so that all.d sour flavor of lemon gets washed away....
  6. Squeeze all water by pressing.
  7. Now strain water completely put on d reverse side of plate..n add some weighted thing like chakla on d top just as u do normally...n let it rest for 2 hours....
  8. After 2 hours u can see all d extra water drains out n paneer gets sets....
  9. Do refrigerate or.for 1 hour n enjoy as it is with sauce or chutney...or u can make any paneer dish.
