- For syrup, boil sugar and water together in a pan. Add the lemon slice to get a transparent syrup. When the sugar melts completely, add kewra jal and elaichi powder. Boil till one string consistency. Remove the lemon slice when cooked..

- Place the ghevar's one on one, then pour the syrup from above, till the syrup flows from beneath..
