Also known as Amritsari Naan I can easily have this Kulcha solely with just tangy green chutney. Amritsari Aloo Kulcha is made by stuffing potato filling into it.   1. Mix all the ingredients of the dough and add enough water to make a slightly sticky and loose dough..
