- Pahle ham sugar syrup banayege uske liye... sugar ko ek pan me le water add karein aur cook karein jab 2 string consistency ka sugar syrup ho jaye gas off kar de aur use thanda hone de.
- Ab ghewar banayege......Sabse pahle ek bowl me 1/4 cup ghee le usme ice cubes dal kar tab tak fete jab tak wo butter jesa na ho jaye.
- Fir ice cubes nikal kar alag kar de aur bapas 1 min fete..ab isme dheere dheere maida aur 2 cup normal water milate jaye dhyaan rakhe lumps nahi aane chahiye.
