  7. Cover the sauce pan with a lid and let it boil for some 5-8 minutes. Open the lid and check whether the rava is cooked..
  8. Add cardamom powder and condensed milk. Stir well and cook it a one more minute and switch off the flame..
  9. Garnish with the fried cashews and raisins. Serve hot or chilled..
