Ingredients of Mixed Sprouts Salad

  1. It's 1 cup of moog sprout + black gram sprout (kaala chana).
  2. It's 1 bowl of cucumber, tomato, onion (cut into diced).
  3. Prepare 1 of lemon juice.
  4. It's of Salt and black pepper powder as per taste.
  5. You need of Some mint + fresh coriander chopped.

Mixed Sprouts Salad step by step

  1. First for making moong sprouts--.soak green moong in sufficient water for 4-5 hours..drain and place them in a wet muslin cloth and tie it..Place in a bowl and set aside for overnight..
  2. For making kabuli chana sprouts-- (it takes long time)..soak kabuli chana in water overnight...rince and transfer to a wet muslin cloth...Tie it... keep it in a bowl...And set aside..for a day..At night again rinse..and wrap in wet cloth....For overnight..Next morning they will be sprouted..
  3. Take mixed sprouts in a bowl...Add finely chopped cucumber, onion, tomato,mint leaves...Tose them lightly...Add salt, black pepper and lemon juice...Mix well..And garnish with fresh coriander...
  4. Note1-- u can also use mint, coriander chutney...And chat masala as per ur taste..
  5. Note 2 - u can cook sprouts for 1 whistle.(i didn't)..
  6. Note 3- u can make sprout sandwich and sprout roll..with brown bread or roti.(using this sprout salad)..
