  3. When milk comes to boil add lotus seeds powder, roasted lotus seeds and cook on low flame stirring constantaly for 5 minutes.

  5. Add soaked Sabudana.Cook them until they turn transparent and soft for around 5-8 minutes, make sure to stir continuously..
  6. Add sugar to it & let Stir continuously and cook until milk turns thick. It will take approx. 5 minutes..
  7. Turn off the flame and transfer prepared Sabudana-makhana Kheer to a serving bowls..
  8. Garnish it with sliced almonds,cashewnuts,saffron and pistachios and serve warm or chilled..
