- First wash sago/sabudana then soak sabudana in limited water for 2 hrs..
- Heat the heavy bottom pan add ghee then roast all dryfruits for a minute & keep aside..
- In same pan add milk in it when milk is boiling add soaked sabudana & stir continuously in low flame..
- Meanwhile chopped all roasted dry fruits & keep aside..
- After 5 to 10 minutes when milk & sabudana boils completely add sugar & cardamom powder & stir continuously..
- Now add all chopped dryfruits mix well & off the flame & wait it get cools completely..
- When it cools completely garnish with few dryfruits & serve..
