- It's 100 gms of paneer.
- You need 2 of onions.
- It's 2 of tomatoes.
- You need 4 of green chillies.
- You need 1 of Spring onion.
- You need 2 of garlic cloves.
- You need 1/2 inch of ginger.
- You need 3 tbsp of pure ghee.
- It's Pinch of asafoetida.
- It's 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds.
- Prepare 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder.

- You need 1/2 tsp of Coriander powder.
- It's 2 tbsp of tomato sauce.

The oil is hot enough when you add one cube of the paneer and it immediately begins to sizzle in the pan. Add more of the cubes and fry until the cubes are toasted and nicely browned.
