  1. Crack the eggs and blend it well in a bowl..
  2. Add the besan, grated coconut, chopped green chillies, half of the chopped onions, a pinch of salt, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric, 1 teaspoon ginger paste. Mix everything very well with a hand blender (or a spoon)..
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok and put one teaspoon of the batter..
  4. Deep fry the koftas. At first keep the flame low and let it cook from inside. Afterwards increase the flame and fry till golden brown..

  6. In the same wok, heat some more oil if required, add the cumin seeds, bayleaf, green cardamom, cloves and cinnamon..

  12. Bring it to boil. Add the salt for the gravy and 1/2 teaspoon of sugar..
  13. After you get the desired consistency of the gravy, add the garam masala powder. Mix it well..
  14. Add the koftas. Mix it well. Switch off the flame. Add the ghee..
  15. Serve hot with steamed rice by garnishing with the green chillies..
