- Crack the eggs and blend it well in a bowl..
- Add the besan, grated coconut, chopped green chillies, half of the chopped onions, a pinch of salt, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric, 1 teaspoon ginger paste. Mix everything very well with a hand blender (or a spoon)..
- Heat the vegetable oil in a wok and put one teaspoon of the batter..
