- You need 4 pieces of Rui Fish.
- Prepare 1 cup of Onion paste.
- You need 1 of Onion chopped.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Ginger paste.
- It's 1 tsp of Garlic paste.
- It's 1/2 tsp of Turmeric powder.
- You need 1 tsp of Red chilli powder.
- It's to taste of Salt.
- It's 1/2 tsp of Kaali Jeera.
- It's 1/2 tsp of Meethi seeds.
- You need 1 tsp of Coriander leaves.
- It's as needed of Mustard oil.

Rui Fish Curry step by step
- First marinate the fish with turmeric powder and salt.
- Fry them and keep aside.
- Heat mustard oil in a pan add kaali jeera and methi.
- When it starts crackled add chopped onions fry them till golden brown.
- Add onion paste ginger paste garlic paste stir them well.
- Then add turmeric powder, red chilli powder green chilli, mix well.
- Add mustard paste, salt stir them well...
- Now add the fish and mix with masala well.
- Add raw mustard oil(katcha tel).
- Add water,bring them to boil add coriander leaves.. Serve hot.
