- Take 1/4 cup milk, mix custard powder in it and keep aside. Heat rest of the milk in a thick bottom pan. Add the required sugar to it..
- When milk starts boiling, add custard powder mixture to it, stirring continuously. On low flame bring it to boil with constant stirring till Custard thickens. Allow it to cool completely..
- Add the chopped mango cubes and fresh cream in a mixer and make thick puree. Add the puree to the cooled custard mixture and mix well with whisker or hand blender..
- Now transfer it to a container. Cover it with foil paper or cover it with polythene cover and then close the lid of container. Freeze it for 3 hours..
- Take it out after 3 hours and whip again with a hand blender. With this process, the ice-cream becomes creamy and soft. Again place it in the freezer and freeze it for 8 to 10 hours till it is completely set..
