- Firstly, add onion, ginger, garlic, dried red chilli in a grinder jar to form a smooth paste and keep aside..
- For achari mix :- add all the spices powdered+ whole in a grinder jar make a smooth powder and keep aside..
- Heat oil in a pan. Add onion paste saute for 3-4 minutes. Now add chopped onion and Achari spices mixture saute for 2-3 minutes..
- Now add Tomato paste, salt saute for another 2-3 minutes..
- Add yoghurt and mix everything. Add 1 tsp mango pickle masala mix well..
- Now add paneer triangles and stir well. cover and cook this for 5-6 minutes..
