  1. Prepare 4 of Hard boiled eggs.
  2. It's 1 cup of Finely chopped spinach.
  3. Prepare 1/4 tsp of Cumin seeds.
  4. You need 2-3 of Cloves.
  5. Prepare 2 of Sliced tomato.
  6. You need 1 tsp of Red chilli powder.
  7. It's 1/2 tsp of Turmeric powder.
  8. You need 1 tsp of Garam masala powder.
  9. You need 2 tbsp of Poppy seeds.
  10. Prepare 2 tbsp of Grated coconut.
  11. It's to taste of Salt.
  12. It's 4 tbsp of Oil.

Palak Egg Curry instructions

  1. Boil the egg and cut into two pieces..
  2. Add cumin seeds,cloves to crackle..
  3. Add onion paste and saute for 4 - 5 mins..
  4. Add poppy seeds and grated coconut and cook on a slow flame for ten mins. Add sliced tomato, spinach and garam masala powder and mix well..
  5. Cook in a slow flame for fifteen mins and turn off the flame..
  6. Once cooled,add in the blender to make a smooth paste..
  7. Heat oil in a pan and fry the egg till brown and remove it.
  8. In the same pan add spinach paste and stir continuously till oil leaves the pan..
  9. Serve hot with rice or chapatis..
