- Heat a kadhai add 1 tbsp of ghee and chana mix and roast it till it's become s hard and add cardamom powder mix it well close the frame let it cool..
- Now make small balls from dough add one or two tbsp of chana mix cover it with hands make a ball..
- From the ball make Puri and roast it on tawa with ghee both side and it's ready to serve..
