Ingredients of Methi Parathe
- It's 1 bowl of wheat flour.
- You need 1 small bowl of fenugreek leaves/methi.
- It's 1 tbsp of gram flour.
- It's 1 tsp of red chilli powder.
- You need 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.
- It's 1/2 tsp of black pepper.
- You need 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds.
- You need 1/2 tsp of carom seeds.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of sesame seeds.
- Prepare to taste of salt.
- Prepare as needed of water.
- Prepare as needed of oil for shallow fry.

- First wash & finely chopped fenugreek leaves/methi..
- Take a big bowl for making dough so add wheat flour & gram flour in it..
- Add all ingredients like red chilli powder, turmeric powder, black pepper powder, cumin seeds, sesame seeds,carom seeds & salt..
- Mix well through hands spread 1 spoon oil & make a dough with water..
- Dough is not so hard not so soft it should be medium when dough is ready keep aside for few minutes..
- Take small portion of dough on flat surface & give shape like square,circle or triangle & make parathas..
- Heat the non stick pan or simple pan put parathas spread little bit oil for both the sides then cooked or shallow fry till golden colour..
- Parathas are ready to serve hot with tea or curd or some chutney..
- It's also good for journey..
