  11. Prepare To taste of Salt.
  12. You need 1/2 cup of malai/cream.

Sahi Paneer step by step

  1. Take a pan and add 3/4th tablespoon oil, 1/2teaspoon jeera,2grinded onion fry till golden brown, now add 2tomato pure fry for 5mins..
  2. Now to this add 2tablespoon shahi paneer masala,1/2 teaspoon garam masala,1teaspoon ketchup, 2-3 tablespoon water, salt(as per taste),1/2teaspoon red chilli powder and fry for 2mins..
  3. Now to this add 1/2cup malai stir continuously for 2mins till the time it boils now add 1/2 teaspoon crushed kasuri methi,1/2 cup milk and 1cup water and stir continuously till it boils..
  4. Now to the gravy add 150gm of chopped paneer and stir for 5 mins..sahi paneer is ready to serve..
